At PACT Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns on all unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is processed without delays.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
